Greenwich St.

Bird Works collaborated with Peter Himmelstein Architect in the renovation of this 6-story residential building in Tribeca. Previously a commercial property, the building was reconfigured to include 4 bedrooms, living/dining spaces, a media room and a rooftop deck. Custom millwork was integrated throughout the space making use of unique stone, wood, tile, and brass accents. On the exterior, new windows, channel glass walls and a custom skylight were used to bring light into the bedrooms on the upper floors. The lead architect (PHA) took the project through construction administration, which was completed in late 2018.
